If the QR code sticker on the device is lost or blurry, you can still add it by manually entering the UID numbers. (For NVR Kit, we only need to scan the QR code on the NVR box to add the whole system to the App.) Please launch the Reolink App, tap the " +" button in the top-right corner, and scan the QR code on the camera or NVR. If the Reolink device is not added automatically nor can it be found in LAN, we may add it by scanning the QR code. Add by scanning the QR code of the Reolink device Tap the "+" option in the top-right corner of the home page, then choose LAN to proceed. When the add devices automatically option is disabled, you can still add a Reolink camera or NVR in the same network by searching in LAN. If yes, you may need to enter the login password if the device has been set up. Please check the device list on the Reolink App to see if your camera or NVR is added. With this function, Reolink cameras or NVRs that are connected to the same local network as your phone is will be detected and added to the App automatically. Add by using add devices automaticallyīy default, the Reolink App has the add devices automatically option enabled.
